Hi, I’m Grant.

I run Decker Web Studio on my own. I work with family-run shops and local services that need a site they’re proud to send people to, without agency runaround or confusing tech talk. You talk directly to me from start to launch. I’ve spent years building and managing online communities and client projects, so I’m used to replying fast, keeping things organized, and getting work shipped on time.

Terms of service

Short version. Full details are confirmed in writing for each project.

Scope
The package and deliverables are what we agree on before work starts. Anything extra is quoted first.
Timeline
Timelines depend on content and feedback. DNS changes can take 5 minutes to 24 hours to update.
Payment
Once project details are agreed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start work. The deposit is deducted from the final cost.
Client content
You provide your logo, photos, services, and any required details. You confirm you have permission to use what you send.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email providers, and payment processors have their own terms and fees. Any outages or policy changes are outside my control.
Changes and support
Support and updates are available as an add-on. For one-time projects, changes after launch can be quoted and scheduled.
